This workshop teaches the four pillars of wellbeing, what they are, why they are important and how to care for them. Through engaging activities, guided reflections, and interactive discussions, delegates will develop their understanding of what wellbeing means to them.   • All training is delivered in person.

  • Yes, cancellations with 4 weeks notice or more will be refunded in full. Cancellations made 2 weeks before will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 2 weeks before cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing.
